Marta Carrión, originally from Puerto Rico, moved to Milwaukee, WI, in 2008 with her daughter, Paola. With over 20 years of experience, she is a fully bilingual professional specializing in nonprofit leadership, volunteer recruitment, community engagement, and program development. Marta is actively involved in Rotary International, having served as Past President of the Rotary Club Amigos de Milwaukee After Hours and as a District Learning Facilitator for Rotary District 6270, where she leads training initiatives.  Her dedication to service also includes her role as President of the National Conference of Puerto Rican Women (NACOPRW) Milwaukee chapter and as a lifetime Girl Scout member. Additionally, she has contributed to Mount Mary University’s Latina Advisory Board and the Hispanic Professionals of Greater Milwaukee.  Marta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico and a Master’s degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University.

Cindy Petted joined the Rotary Club of Cedarburg-Grafton in April 2019, bringing with her a strong background in computer software development, fundraising, and corporate event planning. Her passion for empowering end-users with the tools and knowledge they need quickly became evident. Within the first months as a Rotary member, Cindy revitalized her Club’s website, reintroduced its weekly newsletter, and joined District 6270's Technology Committee, where she now serves as co-chair and the District's webmaster. Recently, she played a key role in transitioning the TriCon team, our 3-District Conference organizers, to the ClubRunner platform, and continues to provide personalized training sessions for ClubRunner users across the district and the country. Cindy’s dedication to Service Above Self coupled with her expertise has made her a valuable resource in the Rotary community.
