Saturday April 26th  3:40 – 4:40 PM

Workshop Presenter: Michelle Von Ruden

In this session, we’ll explore how to move from maintenance mode to a creator’s mindset, offering practical tools and insights to help you unlock your creative potential and become the kind of leader who thrives on growth and transformation.

In a world that’s constantly evolving, successful leaders recognize that maintaining the status quo is not enough. This concept, inspired by John C. Maxwell’s insights in his book Leadershift, focuses on making the shift from merely maintaining what currently exists to actively creating what could be. It’s about unlocking the mental barriers that keep you rooted in old patterns, holding you back from innovation and growth.

Michelle has over 15 years of experience in developing people, managing finances, and operations. She's been married to her husband Mike for 16 years and is a mother of two. Committed to continuous improvement, she earned an MBA in Leadership from the University of Kansas and became a Maxwell Leadership Certified Coach, Speaker, and Trainer. She’s also a certified DISC Behavioral Analysis Consultant, driven by her passion for helping others grow into successful leaders.
