Representing Boldt’s fourth generation of family leadership, Tom is a long-time visionary and committed leader. He is a champion for innovation, sustainability, Lean construction practices, modular construction, and continuous improvement. Tom believes the company’s success has been built on strong values that have been part of the Boldt culture for more than 135 years. Tom remains deeply committed to providing Boldt customers with unparalleled safety, innovation, and exceptional value. Tom is also a third generation, 30-year member of the Appleton Downtown Rotary Club, Paul Harris Fellow and past chair of several Appleton Rotary committees.
