Workshop Presenter: Rick Kyte
Ethical decision-making is one of the chief responsibilities of leaders in any profession, especially since ethics is a crucial factor in workplace safety, employee engagement, and productivity. This program will introduce the “Four Way Method for Ethical Decision-Making” for working through and communicating difficult decisions with coworkers, clients, and the public.
Rick Kyte is a member of the Rotary Club of La Crosse and a leadership expert based in La Crosse, Wisconsin. He is the Endowed Professor of Ethics at Viterbo University and Director of the D.B. Reinhart Institute for Ethics in Leadership. With a doctorate in philosophy from Johns Hopkins University, he teaches courses on ethics and servant leadership.
