Is there a designated parking/loading dock available for the setup and teardown of my table in the House of Friendship?
At the Brookfield Convention Center (BCC),
  1. the House of Friendship exhibitors may use the main entrance to load in/out their items. This door may be preferred, as it is closer to where their exhibit tables will be located.
Otherwise, a loading dock is located on the southwest side of the BCC building. See page four of the BCC Exhibitor Information Packet for a map of the loading dock area.
    1. The exhibitors are more than welcome to use the BCC loading dock; however, they may not remain parked in the car ramp if they’re not actively loading/unloading their vehicles.
    2. They will need to load/unload their items, and then find a spot in the parking lot to park for the duration of the day/conference.
