FAQ: House of Friendship April 17-18, 2026

 
Is there a charge for exhibiting at the House of Friendship expo?
Yes, and there is a limited number of tables. Secure your table early... Two options, with or without electricity hookup. Securing a table ends once we run out of tables or April 10th, whichever comes first..
 
What is included?
  • Each space included one (1) 8-ft x 30-inch table and two (2) chairs.
  • Linens are not included.
  • Electricity hookup is an extra charge.
If I am only exhibiting in the House of Friendship, can I attend conference sessions and meals?

If you are attending the conference only to staff a table in the House of Friendship exhibit area, your access is limited to the exhibit space. Exhibitors in this category do not have access to conference workshops, meals, or hospitality events unless they register for the conference separately. To attend workshops, meals, or other conference activities, please complete full conference registration. However, exhibitors are welcome to purchase a ticket to the Tom Foolery Fellowship Wrap-Up Celebration if they would like to attend that event.

What are the House of Friendship hours?
     Fri   2:00 PM - 6:30 PM
     Sat  9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
 
Is it mandatory for me to occupy my table in the House of Friendship for both days?
It is recommended. A the very least, set out materials for the taking and.or a note when you plan to be back to answer questions. 
 
Can I have a table for only one day?
The cost covers both days. There is no discount for a one-day reservation.
 
What is the designated time for setting up my table in the House of Friendship?
You may set up as early as Friday at 9:00 AM and Saturday at 8:00 AM.  The room will be locked at the end of the evening so there is no need to break down after Friday and reset on Saturday unless you feel it necessary to do so.
 
What is the recommended time for dismantling my table in the House of Friendship?
We suggest Saturday, April 18, at 6:00 PM.
 
Is there a designated parking/loading dock available for the setup and teardown of my table in the House of Friendship?

Pull up to the main entrance doors. The House of Friendship Expo area is not far and carts will be available.  Email HoF@rotarytricon.org if you need special assistance. Refer to the map in TriCon26 Conference Program.
