TICKET OPTIONS
Explanation of Registration Policy for the 2025 TriCon Conference. We appreciate your interest and understand that some attendees may wonder why the registration includes meals without an à la carte option.
The rationale behind our bundled registration approach is rooted in creating a more engaging and seamless experience for all attendees.
- Enhancing Engagement: The meals and plenary sessions are integral to the conference experience, fostering networking opportunities and meaningful discussions. When we previously offered à la carte pricing, such as during the La Crosse and Green Bay conferences, we noticed attendees were stressed about deciding where to eat and returning on time, which resulted in lower attendance at plenary sessions. Including meals ensures that attendees are present for these pivotal moments, designed to inspire and connect.
- Cost Efficiency: With the support of our generous sponsors, we are committed to making TriCon attendance affordable. The Brookfield Conference Center offers us significantly reduced rental fees based on the number of meals served. By bundling meals with registration, we can pass these savings along to attendees, keeping overall costs more manageable while maintaining the high quality of the conference.
- Streamlined Logistics: Offering a bundled registration simplifies planning and operations, ensuring everyone has a consistent and enjoyable experience. This approach helps us avoid logistical complexities and ensures that meal services align seamlessly with the flow of the event.
We recognize that this structure may not align with everyone’s preferences, but we truly believe it enhances the overall value and quality of the conference. Our goal is to create an inclusive environment where all attendees can fully participate in the dynamic programming and networking opportunities.
We hope you find that the inclusion of meals enhances the overall value of the conference, making your attendance truly worthwhile.
