TriCon is a two-day Rotary District Conference. As a joint Conference of Rotary International Districts 6220, 6250, and 6270, attendees come from Rotary clubs in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, a bit of Minnesota, and the majority of Wisconsin. We are holding this and future district conferences together to provide an outstanding Rotary conference experience that would be more difficult to accomplish with the resources of a single district. Details for TriCon26 will be updated here as new information is realized.

How can I volunteer?

There are  a number of ways to volunteer: Join our Planning Committee, help out at the event, or bring a basket of goodies from your community to be auctioned off benefiting PolioPlus.  If you're interested in
  • donating time & talent, check out our Volunteers Page for details
  • donating treasures, complete the TriCon Sponsorship form or see below for details.
  • donating a basket for PolioPlus, see below for details.
NOTE: Day-of volunteers must be registered for TriCon26 or be the spouse/significant other of a registered attendee. Exceptions may apply if prior arrangements are made with the chair of that task.

How can I, my business, organization, or club support TriCon?

TriCon welcomes support from businesses, organizations, clubs, and individuals who want to partner with Rotary in creating meaningful community impact. Sponsorship helps make the conference possible while strengthening service projects, leadership initiatives, and humanitarian efforts across our three districts.

To become a sponsor, please complete the  TriCon Sponsorship form so we can secure your benefits and properly recognize your contribution.

HOW CAN WE HELP PolioPlus RAISE MONEY?

There are several ways:
The PolioPlus Silent Auction at TriCon is designed to do several things... first of which is to raise money for PolioPlus.  The secondary benefit is to help promote businesses and organizations in your club's particular service area, by exposing their products to a potential new audience.  We encourage each club to solicit items unique to the communities they serve and create an enticing basket that will be auctioned off at TriCon to raise money for PolioPlus.
How it works:
  • Highlight your community by collecting items unique or interesting
  • For each basket, include a list detailing
    • Club Name & District
    • What items are included and each item's value (especially gift cards)
    • The total value of the basket
  • Bring your basket to TriCon and drop it off with a PolioPlus volunteer (as you enter or at the Volunteer Table in the House of Friendship Expo)

Make a donation at the PolioPlus table in the House of Friendship.

TICKET OPTIONS

Registration Policy for the 2026 TriCon Conference

Thank you for your interest in the TriCon Conference. We understand that some attendees may have questions about our registration structure.

Our bundled registration model is designed to create a more impactful, enjoyable, and seamless experience for all participants. Here's why we've chosen this approach:

  • Enhancing Fellowship and Connection  Meals are not just about food—they're a vital part of the Rotary experience. Shared meals provide valuable opportunities for building lasting friendships across clubs and districts. By including meals for all attendees, we ensure everyone has access to these important moments of connection.
  • Simplifying Logistics  A bundled registration allows us to streamline planning, reduce administrative complexity, and better accommodate venue and catering commitments. This helps us provide a smoother experience for all while keeping costs predictable and fair.
  • Supporting High-Quality Programming  Your registration fee directly supports the quality of the overall event, including keynote speakers, workshops, and venue amenities. Offering meals as part of the package ensures we can deliver a well-rounded and engaging conference without hidden costs.
  • Creating a Sense of Community  When everyone shares the same experience—including meals—it reinforces the spirit of unity that makes Rotary so special. It eliminates social barriers and invites more inclusive participation.

We appreciate you're understanding and look forward to welcoming you to a memorable TriCon filled with learning, inspiration, and Rotary fellowship at its best.

Why does the conference cost what it does?

Do I need to pay sales tax on my ticket?

No. RWGLDC (DBA TriCon) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, so sales tax does not apply to your registration.
